As a former on-air personality and brand management specialist, Justin knows that while messaging needs to be strategic, it also needs to be interesting, relevant, and even fun. His work in radio has taken him to New England, Pennsylvania, Washington, DC, and then brought him full circle back to his home state of New Jersey. Justin has a B.A. in Mass Communications from Quinnipiac University where he studied under a group of highly regarded journalists and broadcasters.

Originally from El Paso, Texas, she holds a Bachelor of Science from New Mexico State University, an MBA from the University of the District of Columbia and an AAS from Parsons School of Design.
